Excellent...just what I wanted. However, there was no explanation for the red-tipped bulbs included. I assume they are flashers.

We've been looking for these Red, Green, and White Garland lights for years and could never find exactly what we wanted. These fit the bill PERFECTLY!! Although they do not have end to end plugs, because the length is 20', it goes up my stairs banister perfectly and we do not need the end to end!! The lights were reasonably priced, are very bright and are rich in color, and are overall an excellent product!! Super easy to order, Super Fast Shipping, and an all around great experience!! We will purchase from OogaLights again!
