Return/Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Oogalights.com for your novelty lighting. We hope you are satisfied with your order and you continue shop at OogaLights.com in the future. To ensure customer satisfaction, we would like you to look over the following return policies.

Upon receiving your order please do the following before opening the items:

  • Check all items for any defect in the original packaging.
  • Item is damaged, please read the return information below, items will be fully refunded.
  • Make sure the item is what you expected before opening the package.
  • If you ordered multiples of one item, open only one package and make sure you like it before opening all of the packages

If you are for any reason unsatisfied, please read the following and fill out the Return Authorization Form.
  • The Return Authorization Form must be filled out within 5 days of receiving the items.
  • A 10% service charge will be applied to all returned items.
  • After 5 days, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.
  • If the items are used, or opened a 50% restocking fee will be applied.
  • All holiday lights are not returnable after its holiday.
  • Shipping charges are non refundable.
All returns will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. If there are any signs that the item has been used or opened we will apply the 50% restocking fee. All return items must be in their original packaging.

OogaLights. com is concerned about the safety of our customers. All of the electrical items we sell are UL Listed and pre-packaged by the manufacturer. When an item is removed from its packaging or used we cannot resell do to the UL Listing. Any questions regarding these policies please call (847)697-6970.
