I would have given this 5 stars as I already have the Christmas tree. The timer does not work. hoping the wires were crossed, I tried to put it just use the on switch. As it turns out it is not necessary to have the tree lit for 6 hours during daylight savings time, so I just turn it on and off manually. I hope they do a Halloween tree.

This is a terrific item and the kids LOVE it! OH, I'd like a little taller but overall...just right!
