The bulbs are exactly what is said on the package. And as they were exactly what I needed, and the exact replacement for what I bought previously, perfect. Note: I use them for a month long out door festival where they are exposed to the elements and they hold up well. This is the first time I have had to buy new bulbs in four years.
Also, the customer service is outstanding.
