Return Policy

Thank you for choosing OogaLights for your decorative & novelty lighting needs. We hope you are satisfied with your order and you continue to shop on OogaLights in the future. To ensure customer satisfaction, we would like you to look over the following return policies.

Upon receiving your order please do the following:

  • If shipment parcel(s) shows signs of shipping damaged, please have the parcel carrier make notes of any parcel(s) damage at the time of delivery.
  • Check the item(s) for any visual delivery damage or defects in the item(s) original packaging.
  • Make sure the item is what you expected before opening the package.
  • If you ordered multiples of like items carefully open only one package and make sure you like it before opening all of the same item packages.
  • Refused order(s) due to a change of mind and not do to damage goods upon delivery, will not have the original shipping charges refunded. Additionally the return shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount also.

  • Returns on New Unused items are accepted within 14 days of your posted receiving date of your items.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return item shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • A 25% restocking fee may be applied to items that are returned after the 14 day return policy and any special direct shipment from manufacture items.
  • Returned items that are used are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returned items with damaged original packaging will not receive a refund.
  • All seasonal/holiday themed lights cannot be returned after the holiday.
  • Any markings on the original packaging put there by the consumer will constitute a rejected return.

  • When returning any item(s) that were shipped under a FREE SHIPPING promotion the credit will have the normal posted shipping fees for the item(s) deducted from its refunded amount.
  • All refunded amounts will be issued to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
  • Shipping the item(s) back without an Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued from OogaLights may delay your refund or void a return goods credit.
  • Note: Shipping cost and responsibility of shipment of the product back to OogaLights shall be that of the customers if a wrong item was placed in customer error.
