Melissa was patient and quick to respond to our needs getting us our string lights and bulbs in a timely manner to allow us to prep our string sets with our steel wire rope in order to rig and fly these on our hotel property.

I do feel the plastic bulb itself should be a bit more sturdy. However they do last way more than the glass ones, in both ways structurally, and working hours.
