I do a LOT of online shopping, for all occasions. I just have to tell you how blown away I am with your customer service and especially your delivery! I put in an order on 12/6 and received it less than 24 hours later! I have never had such unbelievable service! I know a lot of campers and you'd better believe any time anyone is looking for products you have, they will hear about the wonderful experience I had with your company. This was deffinately the high spot of my Christmas shopping! Thank you for being such a considerate company! Merry Christmas!

I just wanted to let you know that I recently purchased two sets of "Multi-Color Woven Fabric Pyramid Lantern Party String Lights." The price was very reasonable, and the service was excellent, I recieved the lights just two days after ordering them. My wife left the decision of what type of light to get for our new RV awning, and these were a home run, she (and me) absolutely love them, they were just as advertised and will make a wonderful addition to our RVing experience. My name is Robin ******* and I received my order a couple of days ago. I ordered two boxes of your cowboy boot light sets. The first set did not light up and the second box did, so that was great.

What is REALLY great and worth mentioning, in this world today, is the service I received when asking about returning my product. Chris, who was absolutely cordial and pleasant, was a great help in solving the problem. She believed my story and quickly offered to send another box of lights. I was absolutely thrilled it went so easily. I didn't need the boots, really, and upon deciding that, Chris called me back promptly and asked if it was okay to just send a replacement string with no boots. Fabulous idea!

I own a dental office, along with my husband, and our greatest asset is the time we spend with our employees discussing customer appreciation and satisfaction. I commend your company for having such a pleasant employee. They are hard to come by these days and to be that pleasant on the phone, out of state, I can only smile as I think how effective she would be in person.
