Shipping Rates & Order Fulfilment

We ship orders via the following (View Rates):

• Continental U.S. (Lower 48): Packages ship either FedEx, FedEx Smart Post, UPS, UPS Sure Post or USPS. Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS/FedEx Ground have an estimated transit time of 2-5 business days. Tracking will be emailed once order ships with more information on delivery.
• U.S. Overseas: USPS Priority Mail is used for shipping to APO boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. These destinations may require additional shipping charges. A customer service representative will contact you via email for your approval of these charges. Please allow additional processing time for the order.
• Canada & International Shipping Is Not Available

Order Fulfillment Information

We strive to ship all orders promptly, however we occasionally have items which are on backorder. In the event of an item being backordered, we will hold the order and notify the customer of status. Please provide accurate email/phone information so our Customer Service Department can efficiently communicate with you.

• Orders received Monday thru Friday before 1:00pm CST will be processed & shipped the same day
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed & shipped next business day
• Orders placed on a holiday will be processed & shipped next business day
• Orders with $5.95 shipping rate will have an estimated delivery time of 7-10 days via USPS First Class Mail.
